Prior to working for pqCode, the London Stock Exchange Group hired him initially as Senior Communications Manager. After ten months, he received a promotion to become Director of Internal Communications for Content & Channels where he recently left.
In October 2020, Grier joined Counterculture Partnership LLP as an Associate, and he spent less than a year there.
Moreover, CME Group sourced Grier out as its Head of Communications. For around a year, he took on the responsibilities required of the role.
NEX Group plc hired the communications executive in December 2016 as its Head of Communications. For two years, he handled the challenges of the role in London.
Over the course of almost five years, Grier spent his time at ICAP. His first role was entitled Head of Digital Marketing & Communications where he stayed for more than four years. Later in the Autumn of 2016, he was awarded the promotion of Head of Communications.
At the turn of the century in 2000, he founded Groovytrain in London, which he focused on for the next eleven years.
Before Groovytrain, The Digital Partners onboarded him as the Board Account Director in 1998. He stayed for one year before moving on to found Groovytrain.
Grier’s earliest know position was at Leagas Delaney as a Digital Account Director. He started the post in 1995 and spent three years with the company.
